Nuclear Disaster
Using Coastal Scents micas in Cellini Blue and Summit Turquoise, HIP creme eyeliner in black and ELF liquid eyeliner in Shooting Star. Random Info: Yes, Nuclear Reactors glow blue. As for nuclear waste, it can be almost any color (even colorless) but its usually black and somewhat sludge like according to my sources. Green is a stereotypical color and it comes from uranium being used to color glass (look up Uranium or Depression Glass on Wikipedia or Google images). It will glow green under a UV light.
